As a fully authorised and regulated FSA business, our Group Compliance department is responsible for ensuring we have robust internal and external systems & controls in place across all our business departments and locations – from marketing, point of sale, customer service through to insurance claims handling. Our partners and suppliers are also expected to conform to our high corporate standards – we continuously audit to ensure all procedures are adhered to. Any data we hold is always subject to stringent controls to ensure we follow Data Protection regulations.
We have robust & tested business continuity plans in place, ensuring we will always be there to provide our high standard of service, irrespective of any adverse incident occurring.
