Services - Business Development Services

We support the development of new and existing schemes by providing a range of services and functions to support our Clients to plan, launch and sell insurance products successfully.

The Group has developed from its core business as an underwriting agency to become a “virtual insurer” offering a broad range of services and products across a range of channels to a diverse Client base. Our menu of services gives Clients choice and facilitates solutions across multi-channel distribution businesses.

The Group works in partnership with its Clients to provide tailored insurance products, fulfilment and service solutions. This end to end capability is delivered via a specialist business development team providing the following resources and expertise:

Business Development and Account Management -
We have significant expertise in new business development, working in partnership with our Clients to identify new opportunities for income potential. Our experience ensures we are able to deliver insurance programes efficiently enabling our Clients to optimise business opportunities.

In addition, the Group has an experienced account management team who work with Clients to maintain and grow business post-launch. They actively support retailers to improve their sales, via reviewing the product and price offerings, training, marketing, cross selling of new products and implementation of fulfilment services, such as contact centres.

The account managers’ knowledge of and ability to respond quickly to the Clients requirements is key to maintaining the Group’s high quality service levels.

Marketing -
The Group has built a team of marketing professionals with significant experience at large financial services companies, including GE Consumer Finance, BUPA, HBOS, Paymentshield and Santander.

The team advises and assists Clients with the planning and implementation of integrated marketing programmes both online and offline.

In many cases, the marketing team is responsible for implementing marketing programmes including: promotional activity, web development, online tracking and management of acquisition, upsell and renewal campaigns to optimise marketing spend and achieve sales targets.

Project Management, IT and e-commerce -
The Project Management, IT and e-commerce team has been built over the last two and a half years to support the increasing technical / system support requirements of our Clients. The team now comprises of 12 highly qualified IT and e-commerce professionals with significant experience of delivering high quality and high volume transactional systems in large corporate environments.

The team provides complete end-to-end IT and e-commerce systems capability for the delivery of insurance products to the marketplace.

Increasingly our Clients primary channel is via the Internet. As well as the construction and update of websites, the IT and e-commerce team’s capabilities include the visual design and branding of websites, online marketing such as search engine optimisation, keyword marketing, affiliate networking and email campaigns.
